Accountswise is accountancy firm, who manages the accounts and book keeping for their customers with excel and some third-party software.
They are lacking on how to maintain communications with contacts of the companies they are serving and managing them and integration between systems.
They don’t have anything to track the activities of the contacts and their interests on Accountswise services.
In addition, they needed to maintain strong links with the contacts they were serving and provide clear visibility of their engagement, to enable them to best serve the customer needs. There was also a strong marketing element to the challenge, as Accountswise required the ability to build complex campaigns targeting multiple audiences for more customers acquisitions.
Solution
The GMR IT SOLUTIONS provided advice and consultation around the choice of CRMs, and additionally the collaboration and productivity software that was available. GMR IT SOLUTIONS advice was guided by the availability of competitive pricing for SMB’s organisations, a focus on class-
leading applications to support all areas of Accountswise, the ability to support current functional requirements- and additionally, a roadmap for the future, with scalability to allow for significant growth in Contacts Management and transactional throughput.
GMR IT SOLUTIONS advised Accountswise to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and to roll out Office 365 and integration between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Outlook via Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. So Microsoft’s excellent SMB’s organisation pricing model provided this at a fraction of the headline cost.
GMR IT SOLUTIONS assumed project lead, guiding Accountswise through the implementation and road mapping of future application design. GMR IT SOLUTIONS provisioned a trial environment for Accountswise and configured the solution, trialling and dismissing out-of-the-box customisations along the way. We then guided the Accountswise through the use of the application during solution overviews, which enabled Accountswise to build a better picture of where application changes were required and change of processes would be used.
